After years of working in mental health and social services, I found myself wanting to incorporate my philosophy of mind-body connection with my passion for physical fitness. I became a trainer to help others become their healthier selves. I incorporate certain aspects of therapy in helping clients find their motivation, listen to their bodies, and work through their exercises.
