I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. After earning my training, I noticed a void in people's knowledge about the right and healthy way to lose weight and keep it off. I decided to start Fit Mind Health and Wellness to help fill this void with my extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, preventive health, and weight loss. No crash dieting, but a complete guide to help you make a healthy lifestyle change that will produce lasting results.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good / bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding.
