Fit opened February 1st in 2016 and was blessed with immediate success. That can be attributed to each of the four trainers having prior experience working at other gyms and each having an existing clientele to start with at this facility. Even though all workout sessions follow the super slow/high intensity protocol, each trainer has their own unique style of training and special skill set to offer. Whether that is being able to offer massage therapy combined with your workouts, leading you through yoga poses or discussing dietary recommendations. The trainers have years of experience with hopes of continued expansion in their practice.
Specialties
Fit offers private strength training and massage therapy in a beautiful and relaxed environment. All workout sessions are completely private. Meaning, it's by appointment only. When it is your scheduled workout time, it will only be you and your trainer in the gym at that time; no distractions, no other clients to judge you, or for you to compare yourself with. You will have your trainers undivided attention. We specialize in workouts that follow the super slow/ high intensity training protocol. Each session is 30 minutes and your workouts will be scheduled for once or twice weekly. The first session is always free. This gives you an opportunity to come view the facility, meet the trainers and experience how working out with a personal trainer can add motivation, support and guidance to your physical activity. We also offer massage therapy and are trained in many modalities; Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, acupressure, sports massage, oncology, pregnancy massage etc. Your welcome to tell us exactly what kind of massage you'd prefer or let us use our intuition to create a massage catered to your needs.
