New owners, not the same place. Got clothes back one shirt damaged and the rest of the items did not look like they were even cleaned. Very unfortunate have to find a new place.

My cashmere sweaters didn't even look like they had been dry cleaned. They were full of Nubby's and they weren't even combed. I'm shocked, and they were put on hangers which totally surprised me....
