We are a group of five guys who always had a dream of opening our own restaurant. The five of us have been in the restaurant business all of our lives! We've been on many trips to different islands and have always been in love with the style, the weather, and the amazing food. In 2008 we decided that we wanted to open our first location in Palmdale, CA where one of our partner's lives in the community. Patrick is our Operator of this location. We opened the doors on December 12th, 2008. We opened our 2nd location in Simi Valley, CA on May 30th, 2012 where two of our other partners live. Jimmy Sill is the Operator and one of the partners of that location.
