Fic Smog is a smog test only center that has been serving the Encinitas community since 2002. Located in the back of the El Camino Plaza, it is central and convenient to all of Encinitas. There is a customer waiting room with chairs, water and magazines available for those who choose to wait on site for thier smog test. The site is kept very clean and looks to be very organized.
