Leah Ferrazzani launched Semolina Artisanal Pasta out of her laundry room in 2014, and now makes pasta sold at speciality shops and gourmet markets across the country. and served at restaurants like Hippo, Love & Salt and the Cloverfield. She opened her pastaficio and market in 2017, where she sells Italian adjacent speciality items along with her pastas.
