Shevy Akason started investing in real estate in 2003. After finding success Shevy decided to start helping buyers and sellers focusing on analytics, including fundamental valuation reports, rental parity, and other methods to help buyers and sellers make the right decision, even if it meant choosing not to buy or sell their property.
