Jack started off as a young technician working for dealerships and independent shops building knowledge of the industry, gaining experience in the field, and buying tools and equipment to one day become the best of the best. Jack is a Universal Technical Institute (UTI) graduate and has earned all of his ASE certificates becoming a Master ASE certified technician and problem solver a.k.a. diagnoser.
