Why Dancing? Ellen began teaching fitness several years ago after feeling the inspiration of being in a group fitness class. There was something powerful about feeding off the energy of other participants that was energizing. She realized motivating others to fitness was a powerful tool that could change people's lives. She then increased her capacity to reach others by becoming a certified personal trainer It is obvious Ellen is passionate and enjoys teaching formats that focus on muscle conditioning and dance. She believes cardio fitness is fun and exhilarating. However, it is equally important to incorporate strength training as a part of a regular exercise regime. Ellen's appreciation for balance in life, as well as fitness propels her to educate and teach others the same. Being healthy and fit is a lifestyle. The more you incorporate fitness into your life, the more you incorporate the benefits that come with it.

Dance Party X-Treme (DPX)! This party workout provides dynamic dance steps choreographed to today's current hip hop, reggaeton, and pop hits for any level dancer. You can take these moves right to the dance floor at any event. Not only will you feel like you're at a club but you will scream, shout, shake, pump and work those calories right off! ZUMBA This international dance format combines Latin-inspired rhythms with easy-to-follow movements to create a dynamic fitness program that create a total body workout. The routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms are used to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This results driven conditioning program combines cardiovascular exercise, special strength & endurance training with the use of dumb bells and a variety of exercises designed to stimulate and tone your entire body. This workout is group inspired and based on principals of discipline, motivation and teamwork. Grab your friends and jump start your fitness!
