History
Immediately after graduating from MTI (Muscular Therapy Institute) I started my own practice in Medford, Ma. with a group of experienced Massage Therapists. Since my family decided to move back to California to the place I had grown up, I started up my practice again here. I found the ideal location in the heart of downtown Paso Robles, in a room set up by Tobie (Tobie's Healing Touch) who has made it look and feel like a spa. You will find the entryway, reception room, and massage room warm & inviting. Even though my practice began in 2007 I have been using my hands with massage since the late 80s as a very little girl who copied her mother (also a massage therapist). I found myself able to help friends, family, co-workers who were in pain from headaches, neck & back tension, break down scar tissue from injury and increase range of motion with little training. It was natural for me to go to MTI and refine the trade I seemed to be born to do.

I practice muscular therapy founded by Ben Benjamin in Boston, Massachussetts. This method incorporates a swedish massage foundation, with muscle specific techniques to get in deep to each muscle. Myo-fascial stretches, along with trigger point work can be incorporated into your massage to give a well rounded approach to get your muscles to relax and release tension. Please speak to me about any concerns you may have and your pressure preference so I can make this the BEST massage experience for YOU specifically. My name is Elizabeth Kelley and I went to an intense massage program in Watertown, MA (near Boston) of 900 hours. Well above the 250 hour requirement of Massage Practitioners and 500 hour requirement for Massage Therapists. Here I learned in detail about how the body works through biology, pathology, and anatomy. Incorporating this knowledge base, with the previously mentioned technique equips me with the ability to heal the body and avoid harming it in anyway. Learning how the muscles move, and where they start and end helps us (MTI Graduates) to work with the body to
