Elite Signs & Promotions was founded in 2015 by Kyle Heckman when a well established Bakersfield sign company decided to pursue other ventures. A former employee himself, Kyle learned the sign trade and the company's core values and when the opportunity arose, he gathered assets and past members of the team and started Elite Signs & Promotions. With this new platform, Elite Signs & Promotions strives for a seamless transition to suit all of your future sign and promotional needs.
