Fremont High School is a four-year public high school that offers academic classes to more than 1,900 students in grades 9 through 12. Established in 1923, the school offers various sporting events that include bowling, hockey, wrestling, basketball, skiing, cheerleading, volleyball, swimming and cross country. It has a guidance and counseling department that provides basic assistance to students regarding scholarships, career planning, and social and mental problems. The school offers educational classes in music, English, history, foreign languages, math, science, art, social studies and health and physical education. Fremont High School is a part of the Fremont Union High School District and is located in Sunnyvale, Calif.
