Lived there for 2 years so far. Besides dealing with homeless encampments right outside our window, and homeless digging through the trash constantly, they've recently upgraded to vandalizing...

Been living here for close to 2 years now and haven't had any problems. Management is great, had some issues with the bath tub and light switch but they took care of it within a couple of days....
