Electric Avenue Greenbelt

The Electric Avenue Greenbelt rivals the pier for the heart of Seal Beach's Old Town. It intersects Main Street and features a long, winding path popular with strollers, speed-walkers, skateboarders and dog-walkers. With its smattering of trees, it is also a popular spot for picnickers, sunbathers and people who like to catch afternoon naps. The picnic pavilion at the end of the greenbelt at Ocean Avenue often plays host to birthday parties and celebrations.
