It a was always a dream of mine to open up a shop, and when the opportunity was right i jumped on it. As an adolescent I ran into a share of mechanic shops were I saw the lack of customer service. So that's where I made a commitment to my self that the day I establish my own business, I would give not only the best customer service but give the customer exactly what they want as if it were me.
