Coming from my stint as the Senior Executive Chef of the Beijing Olympics. friends asked me to cater their events, specially their weddings. I soon discovered that the candy bar is starting to get popular but yet lacking some depth and scope. I mean how much candy can one have , after looking at the beautiful table it seems lacking some flavor and variety. So i decided to do may own version on a friend's wedding by putting a twist, adding mini desserts and cake pops. The rest is history, now it also serves as a conversational piece and a photo backdrop.
