History
I was working in the music industry when a friend talked me into getting my real estate license. I took numerous classes, as I did not know much about the real estate business. Business Law was my favorite class. I wanted to learn all I could before attempting to assist someone to buy their own home. While taking a class I met Bonnie Hoffman; an experienced agent with Merrill Lynch Realty. She invited me and another classmate to meet with her manager. She hired both of us and we went through Merrill Lynch's extensive training program. Later that agent and I became business partners for 6 years, selling properties like crazy. I had some contract experience with the music business, but it did not compare to the real estate contract. After eight years I moved to RE/MAX. I just recently moved to the Marina/Venice office. In that time, I have bought three properties: an apartment building, a condo, and a house. I have many happy clients. Contact me to become one.
