History

Don Carlitos was established in Mexico in the city of Guadalajara, back in 1981. Our San Fernando location was open in the year 2004 in the month of April.

Specialties

We specialize in Tortas( Mexican sandwich, Raspados( Natural shaved ice), & Churros rellenos(filled in churros). We also have delicious fresh fruit salads, ( bionicos & pico de gallo), breakfast ( chilaquiles, etc) and of course; sopes, tacos, enchiladas, caldos, tostadas... etc.
