Chef Lee Dixon I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and was immersed in the Bbq culture. As a kid I fell in love with smell of burning wood and the good memories that were created as we ate slow cook smoked ribs with family and friends. I began practicing becoming a pitmaster in 2007. I went back to school and received my french culinary degree in 2019 from New School of Cooking. We combine professional techniques with traditional Bbq and homestyle flavors.
