I started in April of 2001 and grew my business through word of mouth. I did all sorts of parties from an intimate party for 2 to an charity auction for 350. I catered showers, luncheons, business meetings, movie set lunches, dinners and cocktail parties, open houses, business holiday parties, Tea parties for kids, children parties, you name it, I did it. In 2005 I attended the French Culinary Institute, Business Program in New York City. I worked for Thomas Keller at Bouchon and for Peter Callahan in NYC. I moved back to LA in 2007 and jumped right back in to catering for Southern California. I am a gourmet caterer. I don't do mass quantities and just dish out the same old thing. I love what I do and am passionate about it! In 2010 I opened www.Sidedishla.biz an ONLINE bakeshop. I ship baked goods wrapped up beautifully as business gifts or gifts for loved ones.
