They suck !!!!! Bakersfield gets very little rain and their satellite drops all the time. Of course you can never reach a person.

Worst service ever!!! On hold for hours. They don't follow through with anything. Connect your call to the wrong departments. If we didn't want nfl package we would not have them. They are awful!!
