History
Design Time started in the Redding area in 1993. Our original location was on Eastside Road, where we built a substantial following with excellent service and a hand-picked selection of carpet and tile offerings. We moved into our current location on Westside Road in 1996, and have expanded the showroom three times to accommodate the increasing selection of products we offer our customers. Our sales force has grown to over ten, many of which are experienced installers as well that can offer incisive advice for customers from both a materials and installation perspective.

We feature floor coverings and countertop materials for almost any need and budget, including Carpet, Tile, Hardwoods, Area Rugs, and Natural Granite Slabs and also are an authorized Shaw Flooring Gallery with the largest showroom in Northern California dedicated to flooring and surface solutions.
