Formerly owned by Gene Albertelli, Dependable Refrigeration is now owned and operated by Ernie Sanchez, who started his apprenticeship with Gene after graduating from LA Trade Tech in 1994. Ernie assumed ownership in 2016 at the request of Gene Albertelli, and continues to offer the same quality and service.

Don't be fooled by companies that claim to be factory trained or certified. We are no longer factory authorized, but have been factory trained for 25 years and continue to maintain a rapport with the factory headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. Dependable Refrigeration has worked solely on Sub-Zero Refrigerators since 1983. If it's under warranty, we will refer you to the appropriate company.
