History

Starting out as Kendall & Potter Real Estate, it soon became Kendall, Potter & Mann as Dave Mann became the broker/owner. Several years later Dave Mann partnered up with Kip Jackson and it became Coldwell Banker Jackson & Mann. Dave and Kip sold the business to NRT in 2004 which is the year it became Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Dave is now back on the front line selling Real Estate with his son Greg Mann.
