HistoryEvolve began with the premise to use the science of biomechanics and kinesiology and apply it to Pilates and exercises. The owner Anthony Waters P.T., has been a Pilates instructor since 2003 and began instruction with physical therapy clinics and the local exercise clubs. Anthony wanted to create a more indepth/individualized exercise regime for improving body function. Therefore, those clients who have been through rehabilitation, or the athelete who needs improvement on effeicient biomechanics, or anyone who wanted to improve their body and prevent incidence of injury, Evolve would be the place.SpecialtiesUtilizing Pilates and Exercise equipment to maximize body awareness and efficiency. We align, sequence muscle memeory, strengthen and lengthen bodies to handle their own weight. We work on sport-specific cross training, rehabilitation and general fitness. Owned and operated by a physical therapist with 25 years of experience in fitness, kinesiology, and exercise. All Evolve intructors are Body Arts and Science International (BASI) certified and have had extensive continued education in anatomy and kinesiology (biomechanics). Additionally, we are a host studio for BASI Pilates cerification courses which we hold annually. Ultimately, we EVOLVE bodies.
