Curves was started as a woman only gym. A 30 minute total body workout. A complete 30 minute workout equivalent to 90 minute workout in a regular gym. Friendly and knowledgeable certified coaches will assist you with your weight loss goals. Specialty cardio classes are offered three times a week.
