Established in 1951, the College of Continuing Education offers a range of courses and organizes various seminars, workshops and conferences. It offers a variety of programs, such as an advanced placement program and American sign language, broadcasting, child development, criminal justice and safety, health and human services, leadership development, meeting and event planning and water programs. The college also provides a range of services to anticipate and facilitate conferences and training events that include project planning and budgeting, financial management, registration services, and facility research and negotiation. It also offers catering and logistics coordination services, group transportation packages, tours and entertainment facilities, exhibitor and sponsor acquisition and on-site management services. It organizes classes at various locations on the Sacramento State campus, including classrooms and laboratories in Napa Hall. It is located in Sacramento, Calif.
