Definitely not cozy. 1- we arrive and our keys don't work. The front desk does not reset key card instead they come and open it with an actual key and tell us to let us know if we need to leave...

Zero stars! 1.) rude workers. On phone talking to buddy or family member. Would not drop the call and would assist while talking on the phone- on speaker. Just like a family owned liquor store....
