Italian for 'quince' as a playful reference to its sister restaurant, Cotogna is the quintessential neighborhood spot known for its warm and convivial atmosphere, featuring seasonally-driven regional Italian cuisine with a forever changing menu with a selection of house-made pasta, spit-roasted and grilled meats from the wood-burning oven, local fish and shellfish, and produce coming directly from the restaurant's own farm in West Marin.
