Jamie Rahm first made mixes for family for the holidays, and decided to make a store out of it. She also loves cookbooks, and thought that they would be fun to sell as well. Michael's more of the natural salesman, so he runs the day-to-day operations of the store. Jamie works on the website and recipe develpment. Over the years, more diverse specialty food has been added: hot sauces, BBQ sauces, jams, jellies, dips...and more.

At Cooking Up Ideas, we're all about specialty food! We bring in all manner of jarred and bottled items from all over the country... from companies that we've tried and liked. And we make our own mixes as well...bread, rice, soup, and cookies are simple but delicious with our mixes.
