Community Health Awareness Council is a social service and community organization whose aim is to help families, children and teens in Mountain View and surrounding communities. CHAC began in the early 1970s with a group of concerned parents and offers a wide range of programs and services to help the community with issues that affect families, such as drug problems and other "destructive" behaviors, emotional issues, including depression, and more.
