History
The mission of the Community Child Care Council is to inspire our community to support the well-being of every child and to improve the quality and availability of child care in Sonoma County. 4Cs was formed by a group of child care advocates. What has remained constant is that 4Cs has been a source of comfort and well-being for Sonoma County families. From modest beginnings, 4Cs has grown to a multi-million dollar non-profit organization, serving thousands of families each year. Today it is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the County with a staff numbering well over 100 employees. The services now provided by 4Cs benefit everyone: children, parents, child care providers and the business community. The organization is proud of the work it has done for so many families throughout the yearsUndoubtedly, much will also change in the years to come.
