My passion for law started in the down market when I negotiated over 300 short sales with 100% success rate. However, it was a rather hard process in preserving my clients' rights when the banks were doing so many illegalities with the foreclosure, loan modifications, and short sale process. That is when I realized that having the power to represent my clients' interest was necessary. Because of these scenarios I repeatedly found myself in, I went to law school. I am passionate about advising clients on issues related to contract and real estate law. Whether that involves selling or buying a house, leasing a property, how to preserve each parties rights as a landlord or as a tenant, commercial properties (selling, buying, and or leasing; the intricacies of each process) how to preserve one's assets by forming a trust or a will, and the pros and cons of each, and property tax assessments and more. As an attorney I have the privilege and the leverage to preserve clients' rights in transactions. I can gain actions and responses that working with a real estate agent alone cannot get you. Additionally, I typically can find for my clients additional claims and further help your case towards damages awarded. This capability results in greater positive outcomes for my clients which continues to fuel my passion for real estate law.
