We have been serving apartment owners and property management companies with their commercial laundry needs for more then 60 years. Offering lease options for those who just don't want to have to worry about maintaining and servicing their own laundry equipment. As a lessor of coin operated Speed Queen laundry equipment we maintain and service the equipment for you on, either on a split of the revenue or on a monthly rental charge. For decades we have done business with several McDonalds restaurants, YMCA facilities, Sober Living Homes, and Fire Stations just to name a few.
