The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, also known as CHIRLA, is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of community education and advocacy programs. Established in 1993, its community education program includes seminars, telephone calls, training, town hall meetings, resource fairs and media outreach campaigns.
