HistoryI started my career within the Health and fitness Industry in the field of Psychology as an addictions specialist in 2014, but I later decided to add to my credentials by becoming certified through both ISSA and NASM to expand on my career in the health and wellness industry. In 2018 I started my second bachelor's degree in exercise science and continued to expand my fitness credentials to include strength and conditioning, Precision Nutrition, Performance Enhancement, youth & senior fitness, group fitness women's fitness and much more. In January of 2020 I opened my own privet fitness studio that offers both in-person and online training and have expanded to include privet in=home sessions for clients who a more privet setting without lots of people.SpecialtiesJessica likes working with a variety of clients. She has experience working with women, seniors and youth between the ages of 12 to 18 years of age. She truly enjoys meeting new people and having the opportunity to connect and create lifelong relationships with them. Jessica prides herself on being open and honest with all of her clients and believes in coaching with compassion, empathy, accountability, encouragement, and motivation. Jessica's greatest reward is seeing her clients become more confident as they take the necessary steps towards achieving their goals and finding fulfillment.
