History
Clark Street Bread was started by Zack Hall in a home kitchen in West Hollywood in 2014. The inspiration came from traveling to great bakeries in North America and Europe. The goal was always to make bread that was of the highest quality in terms of taste, nutrition and appearance. And, to pay homage to the classics while adding a new twist to the bread and its culture.
Specialties
Clark Street Bread is inspired by traditional European breads (France, Italy, Germany, Scandinavia, etc...). In particular, naturally leavened (sourdough) breads.
