CLAP Construction was formed in early 2007 by Philip Walters a seasoned builder in the Bay area. CLAP Construction has a dedicated team of architects and builders working together to design and/or build residential buildings, improvement projects, additions, remodels and custom homes. CLAP Construction offers in-house architectural design and construction services. Since inception, we have worked to assemble a group of highly skilled, knowledgeable building professionals to design and build our homes. CLAP has a number of full-time employees and utilizes the skills of trusted and reliable tradesman and subcontractors in various capacities during the completion of each home. We are a detail oriented company focused on your custom oriented needs and desires, while staying On Time and On Budget whilst continually controlling the quality of your home.
