Citizens Commission on Human Rights is a nonprofit, public benefit organization providing investigation services and uncovering cases of psychiatric human rights violations. It also ensures that criminal acts within the psychiatric industry are reported to the proper authorities and acted upon. The Church of Scientology founded citizens Commission on Human Rights in 1969.
