Ciro's Ristorante and Pizzeria was opened in 1966 by Anna and Jerry Mazzella. The Mazzellas moved to the desert after many years as owners and operators of successful Italian Restaurants in New Jersey. Over the years other family members joined in the growth of the business. The menu was developed by request of the customers, so everything that is available is tried and accepted over the many years. Anna and Jerry's success is due to their having paid exceptional attention to the choosing of the freshest ingredients and the daily preparation of food in the best manner possible with consistency. Ciro's loyal customers attest to the success of the Mazzella's efforts over the past years. Ciro's is dedicated to serving the freshest, highest quality Italian food and we dedicate these efforts to our new customers as well as to the hundreds of loyal friends that have developed over the years. Jerry Wesson and Christopher Paolini continue the tradition today.
