Don't deserve 1 star! Should be minus 5. Horrible service. Don't deliver the right towels, rugs and still expect payment. Dirtbag reps don't return calls or communicate at all after they get you...

If there was a minus stars I'd rank Cintas minus as many as was possible. Avoid this company like the plague!!! Towels will be delivered with holes then they charge you for lost or damaged towels...
