It is the "Home of the Weasel" and, if you're a Long Beach resident, you know what that means. The Weasel is a popular scrambled egg dish topped with chili, but it's just one of Chuck's many delicious offerings.
Literally minutes from the beach, this cheerful, always hopping diner-esque eatery, founded in 1964, is a local institution. The funnel-shapped building seats only about 16 people inside, but the chairs and tables along the outside, will accommodate about 30. Credit cards are not accepted; Chuck's is a cash-only establishment.
