Chow SF offers cooking classes and food tours to individuals and groups. Our events are educational, fun and interactive and are led by renown culinary experts. In February and March, we are featuring Chocolate Classes led by Feve's Master Chocolatier, Shawn Williams. In 2014, he was voted among the top 10 chocolatiers in the United States and has won The Good Food Award three years in a row. We also are highlighting cheese workshops led by Sacha Laurin, the head cheesemaker at Winter's Cheese. Classes include making ricotta and then cheesecake from scratch; she will also be doing a class in which she will be making mozzarella and then turning it into strawberry cheesecake.
