Best Chinese food in Tulare, hands down! Lovely owners, they are the sweetest. I used to go to golden star but then I found this place. Their prices are reasonable too.

I think the food is excellent. As far as the lobby goes, it's drafty and it needs remodeling.The kitchen you can actually see into this kitchen, but I imagine this is what most Chinese kitchens...

just ordered 4 combinations plates that were small portions the pork fried rice tasted burnt the chicken chow mein had more onions than noodles ! not worth the 60bucks i just spent never...
