ChildNet Youth and Family Services has grown from a youth home that served an average of 100 boys in 1970, to an organization with nearly 10 satellite location in six counties. The organization serves approximately 4,000 children and their family members each year. ChildNet provides safe homes, education and counseling to vulnerable children and families. ChildNet is comprised of four core divisions: Long Beach Youth Home, Foster Family Network, Zinsmeyer Academy and Behavioral Health Services. Long Beach Youth Home provides residential treatment services for abused and neglected boys. Foster Family Network coordinates foster homes for at-risk children in the Long Beach community. Zinsmeyer Academy offers individualized curriculum in accordance to student ability, while Behavioral Health Services provides community-based behavioral health services to high-risk children. ChildNet Youth and Family Services is based in Long Beach, Calif.
