My family started accumulating rentals in 1975. Chico Vista was one of the first VRBO participants in Butte County. By 2008 we had a large collection of rental suites. Over the years we added rental suites throughout Chico, CA and began upgrading the decor and amenities. Rentals is Mendocino and Paradise CA were added as well. People love us because we focus on hospitality and flexibility.

Our fully furnished rental suites and houses have great interior design and decor, full free private laundry for each unit along with fully equipped spacious kitchens, We offer complementary barbecue equipment and supplies,, towels and linens, High speed internet and TV are included. Rent by the day, week month or longer. Small and large appliances are provided and we strive to provide what you need to make your stay comfortable.Enjoy the gardens, pools, hot tubs and jacuzzis at most of our locations.
