History
I started out working customer service at Trader Joes. That motivated me to become an avid home cook so 8 years after working for the company i enrolled in culinary school. Upon graduating i became a cook at Republique and from there worked at other chef driven restaurants until i decided it was time to cook my own food. I started doing pop-up events and private chef work for many high end clients and still contuining to grow.
Specialties
I am a personal chef based in Los Angeles that also host pop-up events around the city. I have spent years training at LA restaurants such as Republique, Gwen, Broken Spanish & Destroyer. I cook a wide range of cuisines but southern food is where my heart is. I also have 10 years of customer service experience. Which is why i guarantee that not only the food will be great but the entire experience.
