Touted as "the anti-retail store," Chartreuse is a boutique home furnishing store located in a quiet area off of Cerritos Avenue. It sells bedding, rugs, sofas, chairs and dining room furniture. The styles available are similar to Pottery Barn, restoration hardware and Crate and Barrel. The difference, however, is that Chartreuse promises to give you those styles at a 20 to 60 percent savings rate. The store was founded in 2001 by a self-taught interior designer and world traveler. It also has a blog that showcases the its latest arrivals.
