History

Champs was originally located in Auburn, Ca then moved to Colfax and finally landed in Newcastle, Ca in 1986.

Love this little dive. Clientele & bartenders all very nice. My favorite place for a short stop in my neighborhood. Nice people, inexpensive beer & wine, pool table & live music on weekends

Absolutely friendly and inviting atmosphere. Good wine and beer selection. Love the natural light from the windows. The main Bartender, Art, is a gem!
